Delivery Terms

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

Currently, for pantry goods we can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia that is not within Out of delivery areas as advised by our Trusted Courier Partners. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.

We are unable to ship to any International address yet, however you may contact us to know the contacts of nearby retailers. 


MCO period there might be some delays in the shipment, please track orders according to tracking number provided.

Frozen products

As per normal 2-3 working days to receive the parcel within Klang Valley and West Malaysia only. Tracking number will be sent via email / whatsapp upon shipment arranged. 

We will pack all frozen goods in polyfoam with ice packs inside and call to before arrange shipment to confirm if customer is able accept shipment. On confirmation, customer agrees to be able to receive the order at said address and rescheduling is not possible for frozen delivery due to the nature of the product.

Upon receiving, the products should be immediately kept into freezer upon receiving to maintain freshness of your order .

Non-frozen products  

We are doing our best to keep things going in a safe manner.

For glass bottles, we will carefully bubble wrap , label with fragile and package into a box. 

Do allow up to 5 working days (West Malaysia) and up to 7 working days (Sabah, Sarawak) for your orders to arrive during this period.
Tracking number will be sent via email / whatsapp within 3-5 working days.

Change of Shipping address

Please ensure that you key in the correct shipping address before you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we are able to change your address.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Non MCO / Sale / Promotional Periods)

  1. Please take note on the payment status of your order:
  • Pending / Unpaid - Awaiting payment confirmation.
  • Paid / Authorized - Payment is captured on payment gateway
  • Refund , Voided - Payment did not go through or payment is refunded 
  • Please take note on the order fulfilment , 
  • Unfulfilled - Payment received and order is being processed.
  • Scheduled - tracking code is sent via email or WhatsApp
  • Fulfilled - Order is fulfilled.
  •  If Payment is done but not registered , kindly contact us +6016-213 2949 and submit Payment receipt on payment gateway and order number for investigation. 
  • All orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If item is not received but is delivered at courier service, kindly contact our customer service at +6016-213 2949



We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
